Description

A revisions of approved actions application to revise condition 1.B. to extend the phasing timeline for a previously approved use permit application to expand an existing winery in three phases. Phase 1 includes a 6,280 sf addition to the existing storage and maintenance building. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 6,400 sf addition to the existing storage maintenance building. Phase 3 includes the construction of a 24,000 sf storage building. This revision request is to add an additional ten years for phase 2 and an additional fourteen years for phase 3.
