Title: Del Norte County-General Plan Amendment to County Housing Element
Description: The subject project is the mandated revision of General Plan Housing Element for 2008-2014 as required by California Government Code Section 65580. This State stature requires the adoption of a revised Housing Element by 08/30/09. The draft Housing Element has been sent to the State Housing and Community Development Department for review and comment. The revision includes an assessment of housing sctivity since 2002, an analysis of current and projected housing needs in the community and programs to address identified needs.
