Description

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0015-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, MCP Properties. The Project is limited to fill of approximately 1,912 lineal feet of seasonal drainages, creation of a stormwater detention basin occupying part of another seasonal drainage and all of another drainage, placement of rock slope protection along a drainage downstream of the new detention basin, and placement of culverts in seasonal drainages to allow for placement of roadways. The project will result in the loss of at least 0.1 acres of seasonal drainages associated with foothill gabbro soils.
