Description: The City of La Habra approved the reclassification of 2 roadway segments (a segment of E. Whittier Avenue and N. Palm Street) in the City ffrom the existing Secondary Arterial designation to a Commuter Arterial designation for both roadways. The proposed reclassification is designed to maintain the current roadway cross-section as a means to maintain the area's residential character. No new construction will occur as part of the reclassification.
