State Route 76 - South Mission Road to Interstate 15 Highway Improvement Project

Description

DFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0013-R5) to the project applicant, Caltrans. The project proposes to impact 51.38 acres of streambed, including 38.73 acres of permanent impact to riparian habitat (38.61 acres) and open water (0.12 acre) and 14.65 acres of temporary impact to riparian habitat (14.55 acres) and open water (0.10 acre) and mitigate with 133.98 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
