- The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2006-0508-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Galt. The project will "T" together two existing outfalls from the Galt Wastewater Treatment Plant. The goal of the project is to comply with the RWQCB's NPDES permit conditions.
