Description: The project involves the proposed adoption of a new 376-acre Soscol Gateway Redevelopment Project Area, and related General Plan, zoning and design guideline policy changes recommended by the Soscol Gateway Implementation Plan Recommendations report, endorsed by the City Council in February 2006.
