Title: The Collection at Monterey Bay
Description: Coastal Development Permit, Site Plan Permit, and PUD Permit for coastal resort project consisting of a 340-room visitor serving coastal resort on a 26.46 acre site located west of SR1 (Hwy 1) and north of Tioga Avenue, that may be constructed in two phases. Phase I is a 135 hotel room on a 7.9-acre parcel known as the "Sterling" Site. Phase II is a coastal resort on the 16.25 acre "McDonald" site consisting of a 205 visitor rooms, a restaurant with banquet facilities, a health/wellness spa, parking, and other ancillary and related improvements. Primary access will be via Tioga Avenue for Phase I and Playa Avenue and an extension of Sand Dunes Drive for Phase II access.
