Description
Annex property into the City of San Luis Obispo and amend the General Plan Land Use Element map to reconfigure the boundary between the site's Open Space and Services and Manufacturing designations. With annexation, the property is proposed to be pre-zoned C-S (Service-Commercial) and C/OS (Conservation/Open Space), consistent with the reconfigured land use designations. The application also includes a five-lot tentative parcel map and plans to develop the property for auto sales uses, while preserving 50% of the property in perpetual open space.
