Description

The applicant request approval of a Development Agreement for the property relative to the development known as Church on the Hill Project. The project consist of construction of two duplexes to provide four residential units, a new 400 sq. ft. storage building, a new 1,000 seat church auditorium; and expansion of the existing sanctuary building and Sterling Building. Approval of the Development Agreement provides assurance of the applicant for the Church on the Hill Project as approved by DPA 07-310-007 and amended by DPA 12-310-00, that upon approval of the project, the applicant may proceed with the project in accordance with existing policies, rules and regulations and subject to conditions of approval.
