- The project consists of a Specific Plan Amendment to the adopted Diablo Grande Specific Plan, approval of a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map for two parcels and the adoption of 4 Vesting Tentative Maps to provide for the development of Projects named The Cottages, Vineyards I, Vineyards II, and The Legends at Diablo Grande. The 4 Vesting Tentative Maps listed above were recently circulated for review under one cover sheet. Together, the four maps constituted SCH# 2004122053. This Specific Plan Amendment is being included as part of that same project. This re-circulation is to solicit any comments on the changes to the Land Use Map or to the proposed text changes. Any comments already submitted regarding the maps are on file.
