Revised Solid Waste Facility Permit to increase the permitted composting area from 6 to 7 acres, increase permitted hours of operation from 7 am - 4 pm (Monday through Saturday), to 5 am - 10 pm, seven days a week, increase traffic volume from 100 vehicles per day to 350 vehicles per day, increase permitted maximum tonnage from 420 tons per day to 10,500 tons per week (average 1,500 tons per day) and allow on-site sale of final product on a wholesale and retail basis.
