- The University of California, Santa Barbara (University) is proposing to seismically correct and renovate the San Rafael Hall Student Housing Complex. The project includes installation of seismic strengthening elements new vertical concrete elements and fiberglass wrap around existing columns and beams of the Tower portion of the complex. Other components of the project include additional building system replacement and upgrade and general refurbishments, inlcuding fire alarm system upgrade and American Disability Act improvements to both the Tower and Clusters portions of the San Rafael Hall Complex.
