Description

Hearing to consider a request by Terry Brady and Claudine Blackwell for a Minor Use Permit to amend an existing use permit (D010122P) for a winery. The original permit authorized a winery including processing, tasting, special events, storage, and administrative uses. The proposed project would authorize construction of a new barrel storage building (10,500 sf), conversion of an existing 1,950 sf agricultural building to be used for case good / barrel storage, and a partial conversion of a existing 1,500 sf shopp building to be converted to a 600 sf case goods storage. The project proposes a production increase to from 5,000 cases to 20,000 cases per year.
