Description: Edgewater Technology Park will consist of two buildings of two stories each. Total proposed enclosed space is 545,312 square feet (284,374 square feet in Building 1, 260,938 square foot in Building 2). A landscaped parking lot will provide 1,900 parking spaces (335 compact). The building space is designed to accommodate a variety of business uses as allowed under the City's "Office/Industrial Flex" Specific Plan land use designation and the "M-1 Industrial/Office Flex" Zoning District. Possible occupants include biotechnology companies, electronics assembly, and light manufacturing of computer parts and peripherals.
