Title: 9th and Flower: A South Park Mixed-Use Development Project
Description: The Proposed Project includes changes to a previously approved project to increase the residential density and building heights on Sites I and II. No changes are proposed on Site III. The proposed changes include an increase of 304 dwelling units (for a total of 1,297 DUs), an increase of 229,409 square feet of residential floor area and a decrease of 23,205 square feet of commercial floor area (for a total net development of 1,460,618 square feet). The project also includes an increase of 405 parking spaces (for a total of 2,727 spaces).
