- California Men's Colony (CMC) Wastewater Treatment Plant Outfall Replacement Project
- Description
- The project is the replacement of the existing outfall at the waste treatment plant, and placement of 40 to 50 cubic yards of one-ton and smaller rock slope protection on the bank. Spaces between the RSP will be filled with smaller rocks and soil, then vegetated with randomly placed willow cuttings. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement #R3-2001-0992 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Paul Helwer, Project Manager, Department of General Services.
