Description: Addition of a 69kV transmission line circuit to existing MID transmission and/or distribution facilities in the vicinity of its Lapham substation to 12th Street Substation and 12th Street Substation to Santa Rosa Substation circuits. The new circuit will relieve potential overloading problems on both circuits.
