Description: Paramount Homes of Concord has submitted a plan to develop 15 residential lots consisting of 13 detatched single-family homes and two attatched single-family homes for below market rate sales. The plan proposes to retain the historic Chapel, construct two parking lots serving the Chapel, provide a park/tot lot, and establish an open space easement over portions of several lots. The existing Church and Rectory buildings as well as related paving and landscaping would be removed.
