Description: The proposed repair will involve cutting the north bank of Creek B, upstream of the tributary, to a 3:1 slope and filling the eroded channel at the east end of the slide to match the existing channel elevation. The south bank will be reestablished using a 3:1 fill slope starting at the top of bank down to the new flow line.
