Description

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to construct approximately 25,900 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter water pipeline parallel to an existing water pipeline through the dyked former tidelands between Arcata and Eureka which will cross Fickle, Little Jacoby, Jacoby, Washington Gulch, Rocky Gulch Creeks, and an Unnamed cutoff slough, Freshwater, Devoy, Muddy and Iris Sloughs and other Unnamed Tributaries, Humboldt County.
