- Desert Solutions, Inc. is proposing to build and operate a green waste and food processing waste composting facility on a 20-acre site 1/4 mile west of Edom Hill Landfill. The facility will use a semi in-vessel agitated bay composting system. There will be designated areas for tipping, separtating, curing. The design capacity of the composting operation will be 48,440 cubic yards of feedstock, composting materials, and finished product.
