- Description
- MWDSC may make available 100,000 acre-feet of water at a rate of 12,500 acre-feet/month January through August 2001. If MWDSC receives 60 percent or more of its April 2001 SWP delivery request, then it will make up to 100,000 acre-feet of additional water available for deferment. The Department will either return the deferred water or compensate MWDSC for nondelivery of the water as provided for in conditions of the agreement.
