CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#6-138-99) pursuant to Section 1601 and 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Cornona Country Club Estates. The applicant proposes to develop 163.72 acres consisting of 360 residential lots and two retention basins. 1.02 acres of channels will be filled and two acres of St. Joseph Wash upstream project will be purchased and used as mitigation. The project is located in the City of Corona in Riverside County.
