Petaluma Village Marketplace

Description

Construction of bridges over the Petaluma River and Capri Creek and storm drain outfalls to the Corona Creek remnant channel and Deer Creek as part of the development of the Petaluma Village Marketplace. The vehicular bridge over the Petaluma River and the pedestrian bridge over Capri Creek will be constructed as clear-span structures with all supporting structures, including footings, located outside the 100-year flood level. The project is located south of Corona Avenue on the west side of Highway 101 in the city of Petaluma. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0662-3, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Chelsea Property Group
