Keiser Park Master Plan

Description

The applicant proposes to install a new sewer trunk line, a parallel recycled water line, and 4 new storm drain outfalls as part of the Town's planned infrastructure improvements at the park. The proposed project will mitigate for the loss of 5 native oaks (Quercus species) and 6 Oregon ash (Fraxinus latifolia) by enhancing 2,025 linear feet of the riparian corridor by planting 84 native oaks, 3 Oregon ash, and 7 big-leaf maple (Acer macrophyllum) trees; 296 various native shrub species; and seed the site with a native upland riparian grass/flower mix. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0020-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Donna Legge/Town of Windsor.
