Description: The proposal is for the County of Fresno to approve a Rezone and Conditional Use Permit which would allow construction of a racing speedway, grandstand and support facilities at which motor vehicle races will be conducted on a limited number of weekend dates. In addition a limited number of special events will be held at the facility on weekends. These special events will be limited to stadium and/ or swap meet events.
