Title: Southlands Christian Church; Project 94-096 (O.T.P)
Description: CDFG is executing a lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement puruant to Section 1603 (SAA #5-090-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed and bank by expanding the Southlands Church property for the construction of additional facilities including an auditorium, Jr. High School, Multi-purpose facility, parking and athletic field. The stream would be placed underground in a reinforced, concrete pipe. The project will impact 1.05 acre of stream and associated valley foothill riparian habitat, of which 0.25 acre is located immediately downstream of the project, off-site at the adjacent property. Nine oaks, of the sixteen that are present on the site, will be impacted as a result of project activities. The proposed project shall not impact more than 1.05 acres of stream and associated riparian habitat. All impacts are permanent.
