Description: 1. The abandonment of an existing, privately owned sewer system with sewage treatment lagoons; 2. The construction of a new low-pressure public sanitary sewage system to serve the community of Locke and those single family residences located south and directly adjacent to the Locke community. 3. An amendment to the Sphere of Influence for County Sanitation District No.1 (CSD-1); and 4. An Annexation to CSD-1 for the Locke environs. Sewage will be conveyed to the Walnut Grove Treatment Plant for treatment.
