Increase the peak daily tonnage from 0.8 to 1.0 tons with a decrease in the annual tonnage, designate the waste disposal area as 4.47 acres, decrease the estimated site life from 2063 to 2052 and decrease the hours of operation from all year 24 hours/day to intermittent usage by public agencies on an as-needed basis.
