Description

Alter the streambed within ten unnamed stream channels, tributaries to Reidy Creek and Escondido Creek to accommodate the development of a residential subdivision with associated utilitites and roads, a biological open space and an on-site wetland mitigation area. Private riding and hiking trails are also proposed. Construction activity includes the installation of storm drain crossings and energy dissipators. The project impacts 0.29 acre of streambed.
