- The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #6-2001-044) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Verizon California, Inc. The applicant proposes to install a fiber optic cable in an Inyo County Road right of way using a directional bore at each site approximately 4 feet in depth under on-site culverts and approximately 20 feet in length. The project is located in Inyo County (1) site on Red Hill Road near Bishop, CA and (5) sites along Round Valley Road near the Owens Valley Conservation Camp.
