- Revise the existing Solid Waste Facilities Permit. The revision will allow for the deletion of the following Holidays - New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day; a change in the permitted traffic volume from 125 to 400 vehicles per day; the clarification of universal waste in the prohibitions section of of the permit to include used motor oil and cathode ray tube devices; and clean up language in the enforcement agency condition section of the permit.
