- Third amendment of existing California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) CESA MOU originally issued to Occidental of Elk Hills, Inc., in December 1997, and as previously amended in September 1999 and July 2010. Amendment No. 3 as approved extends the expiration date of the CESA MOU, as amended, for 24 months, expiring December 31, 2016. Amendment No. 3 does not change the nature or scope of the Project as previously authorized pursuant and subject to the CESA MOU, as amended. CDFW approved Amendment No. 3, as responsible agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
