Description: Various related actions as part of the China Basin Ballpark project involving creation of parking lots to serve the new Ballpark south of China Basin Channel, including approval by the Port Commission of design and operation of a parking lot at Seawall Lot 337; approval by the Board of Supervisors and the Mayor authorizing a lease agreement for City-owned property west of Third and Fourth Streets for the construction and operation of interim surface parking lots. The parking lease and develoment and operation of the parking lots are part of the Ballpark project, for which an Environmental Impact Report (cited below) was prepared. Addendum No. 3 (6/16/99) to the EIR analyzed the impacts substantially different from those analyzed in the Ballpark EIR, pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Sectins 15164 and 15168.
