Description: NOTE: Review Per Lead The MCWRA proposes to conduct an airborne cloud seeding program targeting the Nacimiento and San Antonio Watersheds that are tributary to the Nacimiento and San Antonio reservoirs. The aerial cloud seeding will be performed by a professional weather modification company that meets the contractual and performance requirements of the Agency.
