Description: California Department of Fish and Game is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1601 (SAA #R5-2002-0069) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of San Diego. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to dredge approximately 950 cubic yards of accumulated silt behind the Old Mission Dam and to establish a regular, periodic maintenance program to abate accumulation.
