Bellevue Ranch Environmental Impact Report

Description

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Crosswinds Communities. The applicant proposes to install riprap in the bank of Cottonwood Creek at the outfall of a storm water drain for the Bellevue Ranch Community, in order to control erosion from the future discharge of storm water from that subdivision. Work will occur in dry conditions, and disturbed areas will be seeded and planted with native vegetation.
