Title: City of Grand Terrace 2000 Housing Element Update GPA-01-01 and E-01-10
Description: The City of Grand Terrace has updated its Housing Element of the General Plan for the period 2000-2005 pursuant to Section 65580 of the California Government Code. This project Housing Element Update consists of five major components: (1) An analysis of the City's demographic and housing characteristics and trends; (2) A summary of the existing and projected housing needs of the City's identified housing needs; (3) An evaluation of resources available to address Grand Terrace's housing goals; and (4) A statement of the Housing Plan. This project Housing Element Update has been prepared in accordance with applicable State law. It has also been prepared consistent with the City of Grand Terrace General Plan and the community's vision of its housing needs and objectives.
