Document Description
The Project would replace a State modular residence that was destroyed in the 2018 Woolsey Fire. The residence would have a footprint of approximately 60' x 35'. The home will meet all ADA and Wildland Urban Interface State Fire Marshall requirements. Minor grading will be required for the installation of the residence. Additionally, approximately 300' of trenching will be required to supply utilities, including water, electricity, propane, and sewer that will connect to an existing septic system. Heavy equipment will be used for all ground work with minimal hand work. All work will meet current building code requirements.
