Document Description
Repair the siding, awning, and shed and exclude roosting bats from the Anderson Marsh State Historic Park’s south barn.
Work on the south barn will:
• Replace all damaged 2”x6”x10’ siding and 1”x1”x10ft trim with in-kind redwood lumber;
• Replace all damaged 4”x4” awning posts with in kind dimensional lumber;
• Replace all damaged rafters, stringers and metal roofing on the shed with the same dimensional distressed looking material.
• Repair the shed’s framing and corner posts;
• Ground disturbance up to 6” to level ground from squirrel activity;
• Place screen covered 2”x4” wooden blocks into the soffit and roof holes and screen/cover all other holes to prevent bat roosts;
