Document Description
SWPAO #20031-A amends the Letter Agreement between KCWA and the Department of Water Resources of the State of California (DWR) executed on September 25, 2020 (SWPAO #20031).
SWPAO #20031 sets forth the terms and conditions for the conveyance of up to 2,000 acre-feet of 2020 Central Valley Project (CVP) Cross Valley water (Non-Project Water) to KCWA, on behalf of its member unit, Belridge Water Storage District. This Non Project Water was acquired from Tulare Irrigation District, a Friant Division CVP Contractor. The United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) would make the Non Project Water available at O’Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to KCWA’s service area for use within Belridge’s CVP place of use by February 28, 2021.
SWPAO #20031-A amends SWPAO #20031 by allowing the conveyance of up to an additional 500 acre-feet of Non-Project Water to KCWA’s turnout(s).
