Templeton Library MND 22041 The Templeton Library project site is located in the city of Templeton at 1000 South Main Street in Templeton Road, CA 93465 across from the existing Templeton High School. The 0.96 acre site is to be developed as an extension of the existing campus by providing a new library, parking lot, and community room building. The property is owned by the Templeton Unified School District (TUSD) and is currently being leased to the Templeton Community Library Association (TCLA) for twenty years. The project consists of two buildings and associated parking; Library Building, Community room and Parking lot.
