Document Description
Under the proposed water exchange, DWR will deliver up to 5,000 acre-feet of Napa’s approved 2020 State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to Zone 7 by December 31, 2020. In exchange, Zone 7 will return to Napa, based on an unbalance exchange ratio of 4:1, up to 1,250 acre-feet of its future approved SWP Table A water. That is, for every 4 acre-feet of Napa’s approved 2020 Table A water delivered to Zone 7, 1 acre-foot will be returned by Zone 7 to Napa by December 31, 2030.
