The Project is limited to the installation of a 30-inch replacement pipeline using an 1,800-foot-long Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) operation, trenching of approximately 220 feet of 30-inch pipe, and demolition of the existing 22-inch suspension pipe bridge crossing the Santa Ana River. All abandoned pipe will be removed.
