The Project proposes to expand the existing water transmission line along Pleasants Valley Road from the previously constructed Potable Watter Treatment System in unincorporated Solano County, California. The purpose of the project is to deliver potable water to adjacent residents along Pleasants Valley Road east through adjacent properties to Bucktown Lane which is currently not available to local residents. The District is currently considering three alternatives for the transmission line.
