The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0396-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bryan Largay, Land Trust of Santa Cruz County. The project is limited to culvert removal and installation of a permanent vented rock armored fill crossing at map point X9, installation of two temporary Spittler Humboldt crossings at map points X11 and X21, crib log repair at an existing permanent culvert at map point X20, and temporary widening of the existing culvert and permanent culvert removal at map points X23, X25, and X27.
