Document Description
The City of Rialto (City) proposes to construct bicycle and pedestrian trail improvements along the west side of Cactus Avenue between Rialto Avenue and Base Line Road, in general accordance with the City’s Circulation Element of the General Plan. The bicycle and pedestrian trail improvements will include a new concrete path, signage, and landscaping. Right-of-way is existing for the proposed trail; the right-of-way exists within street dedicated right-of-way and Common Use Agreements with the San Bernardino County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
