Document Description
Construction of a service station and convenience store with a lease space for a future tenant. The service station will include one fuel canopy with eight pumps (sixteen fueling stations) for vehicle fueling. A 4,200 sq. ft. commercial building will be constructed and will include 3,319 sq. ft. for convenience store space associated with the service station. The commercial building will also include a future 881 sq. ft. tenant lease space. The proposed project site is zoned C-3 (Retail Commercial) and requires the approval of a Conditional Use Permit for establishment of the use. This is a Recirculated Mitigated Negative Declaration, with revisions made in response to comments received on the first draft.
