Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal of three existing buildings on the 6.9-acre project site to develop a residential neighborhood with a variety of housing types. Approximately, one third of the site (2.5 acres) would be developed as open space as part of the proposed project. The proposed project would consist of a gated-residential development comprised of 141 dwelling units, including 97 3-story court townhomes and 44 3-story row townhomes. Each unit would have 2- to 4-bedrooms, and all units would have 2.5 bathrooms. The project would include 348 parking spaces.
